Vanaras - Shipping Policy

Every product at Vanaras is thoughtfully handcrafted keeping in mind sustainability at every process. All products have a lead time of 7-10 days and will be shipped from our studio in Bangalore, India. Please note our manufacturing and logistics team do not work on Sundays & National Indian holidays. Since all the orders are processed manually, please plan your order accordingly.

Domestic shipping

    • We charge a standard shipping of Rs. 200 across India.
    • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 10,000.

International shipping

    • Vanaras ships worldwide. The shipping charge is calculated at the checkout.

Order tracking

  • Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and another email once the order has been shipped.
  • Alternatively, if you login on our website, you can view the order status on your profile. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Exchange & Returns

  • If the package you received is not as expected, in bad condition, if the package is tampered or damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package, kindly return it to the delivery agent.
  • Please refer to our size guide before purchasing to avoid unnecessary exchange. If you need any measurements in detail, please write to us at or call/whatsapp at +91 8197270556 or use the “Chat” on the website on bottom right.
  • If the garment is not the right size for you, we offer an exchange where the pickup will be arranged for and a new size will be shipped to you. Cost of return has to be borne by the customer.
  • Please raise the request for exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product through an email on or call/whatsapp on +91 8197270556.
  • Please note that the product has to be sent in the way it was received and the merchandise should be returned in its original condition, tags and packaging included. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your exchange is accepted.
  • Since most of the items are made to order, we accept only exchanges, returns and refunds are not applicable. We give online purchase credit for 6 months validity.
  • Unfortunately, we do not extend our exchange/return/refund services to custom-made products and discounted items. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

COVID Policy

Our team’s well-being is our utmost priority. We are making sure of following stringent guidelines to keep the environment safe for working and handling the package. Our team members will work at minimum distance from one another, wear protective gloves, and practice all recommended measures of sanitization. We will make sure the order is delivered in the safest possible way. Deliveries may take longer than usual. Rest assured we will try our best to get you your order as soon as possible.
